Khapli Wheat Atta is made ‘Emmer’ wheat which is an ancient grain full of micronutrients, minerals and vitamins and makes a healthy alternative to Wheat. It is rich in fibre and low on gluten.

It is a great alternative for diabetics as it regulates blood sugar levels. Khapli wheat is also rich in fat and protein content.
