Finely selected wheat is ground at a controlled speed that ensures that a lot of the nutrients are not lost from the heat. Also, it is Whole Wheat that is produced with the all the necessary roughage required. No preservatives are used in either the grains or the bags.

The wheat is freshly processed on a daily basis ensuring there is no deterioration of the quality during the grinding & we do not store ground grains.
