Dal Chini (Cinnamon) is the inner bark of a tropical evergreen tree, grown mainly in Sri Lanka and also in Kerala. The thinnest bark is the best quality Dal Chini. Cinnamon is loved around the world for its ability to reduce inflammation, eliminate pain, manage diabetes, eliminate infections, improve heart health, increase cognitive function, and increase the health of the eyes and skin!
